The 39-year-old actress listed July 7 as the official date of separation and cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for ending the marriage. The couple shares one child, a 6-year-old daughter named Kinley. Law is requesting joint legal custody but is seeking sole physical custody of their daughter.
The divorce petition also asks the court to terminate any spousal support for either party, with each responsible for covering their own attorney’s fees. According to the filing, the full scope of the couple’s separate property, community property, and debts is currently unknown, with Law requesting permission to amend the petition once all details are determined.
Law and Andreen married in January 2013 and largely kept their relationship private, occasionally sharing glimpses of their life together on social media. They welcomed their daughter in December 2018. Over the years, Law posted rare moments from family adventures, including birthday celebrations and travel photos, many taken by Andreen, who works as a director, writer, producer, and photographer.
Recent posts from Law have shifted focus to her work on NCIS, where she has starred since 2021. Production for the show’s 23rd season began last month, with its premiere scheduled for October.
