‎Palmer, 23, played a pivotal role in Chelsea's 4-2 victory over Paris Saint-Germain in the final, scoring twice and assisting once as the Blues claimed their first-ever Club World Cup title. Despite the celebratory scenes at MetLife Stadium, Grace was notably absent from the pitch celebrations with other players’ families and partners.

‎During the tournament, Grace traveled to the United States, where she has remained on holiday. On Friday, she posted a photo from Miami, continuing to engage her 38,000 Instagram followers with lifestyle content. Meanwhile, Palmer traveled to St Kitts and Nevis following Chelsea’s triumph, where he received a hero’s welcome and met with the country’s prime minister.
‎The couple first went public at the GQ Men of the Year Awards in November 2024, having met at age 17 through mutual friends in Manchester. Grace, a nail technician and social media influencer, previously spoke of Palmer’s down-to-earth nature, describing him as unchanged by fame and success.

‎Palmer is currently on his summer break after leading Chelsea to a Europa Conference League title and a return to Champions League qualification. His season included 18 goals and 14 assists across all competitions, with 15 goals and nine assists in the Premier League alone. His efforts earned him praise as one of Chelsea’s most consistent performers of the season.
‎Chelsea’s pre-season begins soon, with a high-profile match against Erik ten Hag’s Bayer Leverkusen followed by a fixture against AC Milan. Their Premier League campaign opens on August 17, when they host Crystal Palace at Stamford Bridge.
