In the snapshot, Wednesday stands near the Eiffel Tower, accompanied by Thing, portrayed by Victor Dorobantu, who is perched on a motorcycle. Netflix paired the reveal with the caption, “From Paris, with dread.”
While the setting in the image suggests a European detour, production for the third season is currently taking place near Dublin. According to the official description, the story continues to follow Wednesday Addams—depicted as sharp-witted, cynical, and emotionally distant—as she navigates complex mysteries while forming new alliances and rivalries at Nevermore Academy.
The upcoming installment is expected to continue from where the previous season ended. In that moment, Wednesday joins her Uncle Fester, played by Fred Armisen, in his motorcycle sidecar as she sets out in search of Enid Sinclair, portrayed by Emma Myers, who has fully embraced her werewolf nature.
Earlier announcements confirmed new additions to the cast. Lena Headey, Andrew McCarthy, and James Lance will appear as guest stars. They join other season three cast members including Eva Green, Winona Ryder, Chris Sarandon, Noah Taylor, Oscar Morgan, and Kennedy Moyer.
Returning alongside Ortega are familiar members of the Addams family. Catherine Zeta-Jones reprises her role as Morticia Addams, Luis Guzmán returns as Gomez Addams, and Isaac Ordonez continues as Pugsley Addams.
The series also brings back key supporting characters such as Emma Myers (Enid Sinclair), Hunter Doohan (Tyler Galpin), Joy Sunday (Bianca Barclay), Moosa Mostafa (Eugene Ottinger), Georgie Farmer (Ajax Petropolus), Billie Piper (Isadora Capri), Luyanda Unati Lewis-Nyawo (Sheriff Ritchie Santiago), Victor Dorobantu (Thing), Evie Templeton (Agnes DeMille), Joanna Lumley (Grandmama Hester Frump), and Fred Armisen (Uncle Fester).
Netflix has not yet confirmed an official release date for season three.
