Among those joining him on stage were Grammy-winning artists Billie Eilish and SZA, both of whom drew loud reactions from the crowd. Eilish was brought out early in the set, where Bieber greeted her with an embrace. She was playfully pushed forward, collapsing in laughter as she reacted with a mix of surprise and joy while Bieber serenaded her with his 2009 track, “One Less Lonely Girl.” He then guided her to a stool on the simply designed stage, continuing the performance as both shared the moment with visible amusement.

The performance came during a stripped-down segment of Bieber’s set, where he revisited older material by playing archived music videos on YouTube and singing along. The sequence created a striking contrast between present-day Bieber and his younger self onscreen. The audience responded enthusiastically throughout, especially upon recognizing Eilish’s presence.

Later in the show, SZA joined Bieber near the closing moments. The pair performed an acoustic version of her hit “Snooze,” prompting another surge of excitement from the crowd. During their interaction, Bieber expressed his admiration, telling her he loved her “so much.” SZA admitted feeling nervous and unsure about how to exit the stage, prompting Bieber to assist her off while they exchanged affectionate farewells.

Additional appearances came from Big Sean, Sexyy Red, and Dijon, all of whom contributed to the night’s performances. While Bieber had featured guests during the festival’s first weekend, the second installment included a broader lineup of collaborators.

Across the festival grounds, surprise appearances became a defining feature of weekend two. PinkPantheress introduced multiple well-known figures during her Mojave tent set, including Janelle Monae, Zara Larsson, Tyriq Withers, Chase Infiniti, and Manon of KATSEYE.

Earlier in the day, Addison Rae shared the main stage with Olivia Rodrigo. Together, they performed Rae’s “Headphones On” and debuted Rodrigo’s new single, “Drop Dead,” live for the first time.

Friday night also delivered a standout collaboration when Sabrina Carpenter brought Madonna onstage. The duo performed “Like A Prayer,” a song that regained attention late last year following a viral video of Heated Rivalry star Connor Storrie dancing to the track.

The festival is set to conclude with Karol G taking the stage as the Sunday night headliner.
