‎The footage, first shared by TMZ, shows the rapper seated in a booth at a Hollywood McDonald’s early Wednesday morning. In the clip, a woman approaches and seems to attempt to sit beside her. Ice Spice gestures toward the exit, after which the woman slaps her. The rapper then pursues the individual, moving across tables and booths inside the restaurant.
‎The confrontation continued outside, where the video appears to show Ice Spice being pushed onto her back during the ongoing struggle.
‎In comments provided to Billboard, her lawyer, Bradford Cohen, stated that legal action is being pursued. He described the incident as an unprovoked attack that has been reported to the Los Angeles Police Department, adding that both criminal and civil measures are being considered. He also noted that the location itself may face scrutiny over what he described as insufficient security.
‎Cohen further claimed that those involved did not anticipate that internal footage from the restaurant would surface. According to him, the individuals began recording only after the initial confrontation, suggesting an attempt to create a viral moment. He added that the outcome they should expect instead would involve legal consequences.
