A TikTok account has gained significant traction by posting videos that draw comparisons between the idols’ styles, performances, and social media activity. One viral video, posted in August, surpassed 50,000 likes after it compared Jennie’s stage outfits for “Handlebars” with Kai’s performance looks, particularly their use of red and white ensembles. The creator also pointed out that both artists previously shared photos from Paris, including shots taken in front of the Eiffel Tower.
Another TikTok post, which has received more than 133,000 likes, focused on Jennie’s peach-themed posts and their possible connection to Kai’s song “Peaches.” Both idols have shared fruit-related posts on social media, fueling further speculation among fans.
Additional comparisons included side-by-side images of Jennie and Kai wearing similar fashion combinations, such as yellow t-shirts paired with shorts. The recurring theme of coordinated looks has been central to the viral content.
The most recent upload from the account, which has gathered more than 70,000 likes, again revisited the “peach” connection, highlighting similarities in the stars’ posts and reviving past links between the two.
Jennie and Kai’s reported breakup occurred shortly after their relationship became public in early 2019. Still, the viral TikTok trend has brought renewed attention to the possibility of a rekindled romance, sparking ongoing discussion within the K-pop community.
