The transfer, which came about because her 26-year-old fiancé is presently playing for German Bundesliga team Werder Bremen, surprised her supporters.

Following the announcement, the MasterChef star shared their secret IVF journey.

Megan, who has PCOS, revealed that they tried to conceive naturally but were unsuccessful, so they went to a reproductive clinic.

After months of injections and a variety of challenges, they were pregnant.

Megan's pregnancy hasn't been easy; she's been in the hospital several times during the last nine months.

The expectant mother prompted alarm among admirers in July after falling while extremely pregnant.
